While the tour takes place in an old cemetery and includes the tomb of Marie Laveau, the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans, it is not a “haunted” or “ghost” tour. Instead, it focuses on the history and burial traditions of New Orleans.
No, we do not supply umbrellas. We advise guests to come prepared for rain, as there is no shelter available within the Cemetery. However, umbrellas can be purchased at the Gift Shop inside Basin St. Station prior to your tour.
